Bat Warranty

At Like2Sports, our goal is to provide unparalleled cricket products. For our cricket bats, we and our Vendors meticulously select the finest English Willow for each grade and craft them into high-quality bats. However, as wood is a natural material, minor irregularities may occasionally occur and are considered normal.

Warranty Exclusions
The following scenarios are not covered under warranty:

Improper Use: Damage caused by improper use, poor shot execution, bad timing, playing at the edges, or hitting yorkers at the toes.

Unauthorized Modifications: Bats that have been poorly prepared or modified without prior authorization from MIDS Sports.

Extreme Weather Conditions: Damage resulting from extreme moisture, heat, or playing on damp pitches.

Non-Leather Balls: Damage caused by using non-leather balls, bowling machine balls, or composite balls.

Warranty Coverage
Manufacturing Defects: If there is a manufacturing fault, such as a poorly fixed handle, we will replace the handle. However, the client will bear the total freight costs.

Minor Repairs: Bats with damaged handles, cracks, or other minor issues should be repaired locally. A small crack is a normal occurrence and does not affect the bat's performance. It indicates that the bat requires further oiling and knocking.

Important Notes
Appearance Changes: The look and appearance of a bat will naturally change after every game. It is not designed to remain new forever and will deteriorate over time.

Product Lifespan: A cricket bat is not a lifetime product. Its lifespan depends on the frequency and proper manner of usage.

Willow Grades: Higher-grade willow bats (e.g., G1) are softer compared to lower grades (e.g., G3 or G4). These bats require more careful handling, precise timing, and should only be used with top-quality leather balls to ensure longevity.
